My name is Sabine and I am a self representing artist. I was born and raised in Berlin (West!), Germany. I moved to Canada in 1993. All beads are handmade by me on a Minor torch in my home studio in southeast British Columbia near beautiful Kootenay Lake. I have been lampworking for 3 years and glass fusing for over 5 years. I have been selling my beads (made into jewelry) for two years through various galleries in BC and Alberta. I started working with fused glass in 2001 and took up lampworking in 2005. I have taken classes with James Lavoie, Stephen Paul Day, Corina Tettinger and Jennifer Geldard. Summary: I LOVE GLASS !!!!! |
