You can contact me  regarding payment and shipping information or any other questions you might have. 

Payment: I prefer payment through paypal. I will send you a paypal invoice when you have decided on a purchase.  BC residents will be charged PST.  I am expecting payment right away and will not hold any jewelry/beads for longer than a week. Upon receipt of payment I will ship out your purchase promptly by Canada Post. If need be, I will accept money orders in US or Canadian funds, please let me know right away if this is your preferred choice of payment.

Shipping: I ship free of charge in Canada with Canada Post. All other countries to be determined by amount ,weight, shipping method , location & insurance requirements.  Fees will be listed on paypal invoice. 

All lampwork beads, fused glass pieces and jewelry are made by me, Sabine Boker, unless mentioned otherwise. I use Italian, German & American glass for the beads, all are properly kiln annealed. Spectrum 96 is used for all fused glass jewelry pieces.

For my jewelry, in addition to my own handmade beads, I am only using high quality accent beads, including one or more of the following: sterling silver, semi precious gemstones, Swarovski crystals, faceted glass and other high quality findings and spacers.

 I want you to be really happy with your purchase. If you, for some strange reason, are unhappy with your beads or jewelry, please contact me right away and we will make the proper arrangements for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) or replace them up to 14 days after your purchase.
